GHR Healthcare is proud to announce that Tania Fornelos, Senior Vice President, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list for the second consecutive year. This prestigious honor recognizes influential leaders who are advancing the staffing industry through strategic leadership, innovation, and measurable impact.
With more than 25 years at GHR Healthcare, Fornelos has helped shape the organization’s growth while developing the people and teams behind it. She leads GHR’s Non-Acute Nursing and Search divisions, bringing together experience in business development, operational improvement, and talent development.
Over the past year, Fornelos has advanced initiatives that broaden GHR’s workforce solutions, including the launch of its non-acute managed service provider (MSP) program. She has also helped diversify the company’s search offerings and grow its physician and leadership search services, expanding the ways GHR supports healthcare organizations’ staffing and recruitment needs.
Developing future leaders remains an important part of her work. Fornelos mentors colleagues across the organization and has supported executive training for middle managers, helping team members prepare for greater responsibility. She also serves as executive sponsor of GHR’s Community Engagement Committee, supporting opportunities for employees to contribute to the communities they serve.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the collective efforts of so many dedicated people across our organization.
