GHR places a heavy emphasis on qualifying our IT professionals for any role we submit a candidate to. Firstly, we look for past performance. If a contractor has worked for us in the past and done well, we look to redeploy a resource that has performed well for GHR. Second, we leverage our network of IT professionals and ask for referrals. Our thought is that good people know other good people. Third, as we go to the “market, we put our candidates through a thorough vetting process, including reference checks and technical screenings where applicable. All of this helps ensure the quality of staff that you deserve.  

GHR has metrics in place to have 3 fully qualified candidates back for contract positions within 48 hours of the position being released to us. For any direct hire roles, we would have two fully qualified candidates back within 72 hours of release.
