Her leadership has further strengthened GHR’s position as a trusted leader across the Northeast, setting the stage for continued growth in 2026.

Tania has also led key initiatives, including the rollout of Staffing Referrals—which earned GHR recognition for emerging excellence in referral programs—as well as the implementation of GHR’s AI-powered resume parser and PRN mobile app, leveraging technology to connect talent with opportunities and support a people-centered approach. She empowers emerging leaders and serves as executive sponsor of GHR’s Community Engagement Committee, fostering a culture defined by growth, excellence, and purpose.
