In his role, Cody oversees the day-to-day operations GHR; providing leadership and strategic vision to help set the course of the company, enabling our teams to deliver on our commitment to powering positive outcomes in careers and the healthcare services industry.

Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer of GHR Healthcare, handling all financial and accounting responsibilities for the organization. With over 20 years of experience with the company, Jeff brings an in-depth understanding of the healthcare staffing industry and combines it with his organizational knowledge to provide strong financial, analytical, and strategic leadership to the company.

Alissa Christoforou brings an MBA and 25 years of experience as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at GHR Healthcare. In her role, Alissa strategically directs business development and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery of healthcare staffing services and extending these solutions to organizations in need. She excels in fostering relationships with partners, identifying their needs, and collaborating across divisions to deliver customized solutions that consistently exceed expectations. Alissa’s leadership empowers teams within a supportive environment, enabling them to create a substantial impact in the healthcare staffing landscape. 

Peter Mecouch, MBA, MSN, RN, serves as the Chief Clinical and Compliance Officer at GHR Healthcare. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Peter brings an extensive education, 18 years of clinical nursing experience, and 13 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience including as CNE and CEO, to his role in healthcare staffing. Overseeing clinical operations, Peter advises clinicians, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintains Joint Commission Certification for the company. This comprehensive approach guarantees quality assurance throughout GHR Healthcare's staffing operations.

Bill is the Chief Information Officer of GHR Healthcare, handling all facets of information technology and cyber security for the company. Bill has a wealth of experience in the role, having served as CIO of several large public companies over the past 25 years. He brings his history of successful large-scale project implementations and strategic technology advancement to the GHR team.

Denise Hogan is the VP of Human Resources for GHR. With over 25 years of experience with the company, her role includes streamlining new talent recruitment and onboarding processes and managing enrollment processes and policies for employee benefits plans. She keeps up to date with ever-changing employment laws to ensure our policies and procedures are in compliance.
