What are NPS Surveys?

Simply put, NPS surveys are a way for us to measure how likely you are to recommend GHR Healthcare to others based on your experience working with us. We ask you to rate us on a scale from 0-10, with 10 being the highest possible score. Based on your scores, we categorize responses into three groups: Promoters (score 9-10), Passives (score 7-8), and Detractors (score 0-6). Then, we use this information to calculate our NPS score, which ranges from -100 to 100. That score then helps us measure satisfaction by division, identify areas of excellence, and see where we can improve. Your feedback is what powers our ability to support your career in the best way possible!
